We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The delivery time for each option depends on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. The available shipping methods include:

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location and the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. The rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. Please allow additional time for orders placed during holidays or peak shopping seasons.
4. Shipping to the United States
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping outside of the United States is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@teranovas.xyz. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a photo of the damage along with your order number so we can assist you in processing a claim.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. TERANOVAS is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@teranovas.xyz to update the details before the order is processed.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, TERANOVAS is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or issues with the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options to international destinations in the future.
